OK, We have a new theme for the web site and we are currently adding the content back to the site from the old site. We will also be changing the forums soon. We had some trouble with spammers hitting the site so we are making the site much more secure. This may be an inconvenience due to the captcha  access may be more difficult once set up but should keep the computers that want to have access to this system out for a while.
